Who are the friends? Friends of the library are people of all ages, from all walks of life, who share a common belief that a great public library is a valuable community asset, worth nourishment and support.
Friends of the Caro Area Library is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that actively supports library services and programs through:
- Volunteering
- Public awareness
- Community support
- Fundraising
- Special programs
The Friends of the Library sponsor book sales and other activities for the benefit of the library. They are always happy to welcome more helping hands. To join the friends group just print out the application, fill it out and mail or bring in to the Library or stop by the library and pick up a form.
